It was another bitterly cold, but very successful Bald Eagle Festival Day.
We decided to take the escorted walk, done with representatives from Duck’s Unlimited and B.C. Nature trust…
The walk was along the newly created Chehalis River Fishing Trail which gives access to the Chehalis River, but without having to go through First Nation’s land.
a good sized group set out in brisk, but relatively mild temperatures – that is only if compared to the frigid temperatures being endured where ever the out flow winds were blowing!
Here is one of the spots along the river….and I will leave it here for now with more pictures and some ‘catch up’ tomorrow.
....looking forward to the rest of your festival recap, I've been sitting here in Ontario all w/e weeping that I'm not there this year, even w the arctic weather u've had to endure!
