Finally, we must be turning the season...
this was yesterday.....natures last kick at the can hopefully! For various reasons didn't get for any walks....
today, although it was later than normal, we did make it over to Harrison Bay....
where the numbers of American Robins have really increased!
close to 40 of them seen today.
There were 60 or so Canada Geese in the fields, but this one was checking out this piling as a possible nesting site.
and speaking of nests, the Bald Eagle pair were at theirs today.
and we think we saw a Tree Swallow, but not positive enough to report it yet. That wouldn't be unusual for the time of year, apart from this year not being typical, but with a stretch of blue skies and warm temperatures for the next little while, Tree Swallows should be showing up.
