ID confirmed

Didn't get out there today but wanted to mention that the ID of that Yellow-billed Loon that I reported yesterday has been confirmed.  That makes species 181 that I personally have documented for the IBA.

The sighting has been sent to various rare bird sites and I understand it was seen again today by another birder.  Am always cautious about reporting the location of a rare bird, but figure this one is pretty safe being out in the water and being seen from a public area.

No sign of any swans yet....
