Yesterday was such a nice day and today is anything but! but that is March for you.
not a lot to be seen. Spotted the heron down in the log bay again…
there is a better look. Not a single duck over here although there were a few Mallard, Green-wing Teal and a pair of Hoodies over the other end. Could hear a few Red-wing Blackbirds calling, spotted a pair of Fox Sparrows scratching in the leaves and there was a mixed flock of Gold-crowned Kinglet and Black-capped Chickadees over by our boat launch and that was pretty much it.
